Train Bandits Alternate Identity
I created a new MiLB cap, jersey, and alternate logo as part of the Round Rock Train Bandits' refreshed team identity for their 2026 season.

Process
This project was inspired by a legend of Round Rock, a real bandit from the Wild West times named Sam Bass. When tasked, I had a clear image in my mind of how this logo would come together: a stern face, killer hat, and sharp features. Refining and tweaking this figure over time became easy, as everything fell into place cohesively.
Finals
The final designs feature a rugged depiction of Sam Bass biting a gold coin with his eyes covered, securing the identity’s ambiguity, paired with a custom Western wordmark.
